Meet guide Omar Telli Bah
Omar Telli Bah is an experienced guide with over 25 years of knowledge of nature in The Gambia. He started his career as a bird guide in the Makasutu Culture Forest, where he worked for 10 years. He then attended a Wildlife Guiding course at the Abuko Nature Reserve. For more than 15 years, Omar has been working independently through the Gambian Birdwatchers Association. Besides being a bird specialist, he is also well versed in dragonflies, butterflies and insects.
